摘　　要：唐山市是一个人口大市,重工业城市,自然资源面临即将枯竭的尴尬境地,这种市情要求唐山市民营企业必须在经济社会发展中以科技创新兴企,实施科技创新战略。Tangshan is a city with large population and heavy industry,which will soon face the embarrassment drying up natural resources. The present situation of Tangshan city urges Tangshan＇s private enterprises to innovate enterprises with science and technology in the economic and social development,and implement the strategy of science and technology innovation.
