摘 要:目的比较中高职教师对护理人才职业培养定位的差异,为中高职护理教育衔接的改革提供参考。方法采用职业价值观量表,调查福建省50名中职教师和50名高职教师对中高职护理人才职业价值观的期望,从而反映他们对中高职护理人才的培养定位情况。结果护理教师对中高职人才职业价值观的期望评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论区域经济呼唤中高职护理教育人才培养的合理定位和科学划分,师资培训和理念更新是做好中高职护理教育衔接的基础。Objective To investigate the difference of value orientation of nursing talents cultivation between secondary and higher vocational education rated by teachers. Methods Totally 100 teachers in secondary or higher vocational nursing education programs in Fujian province were investigated with Nursing Professional Values ScaleRevise(NPVS-R). Results No significant difference was found in the value orientation of nursing talent cultivation between secondary and higher vocational education rated by the teachers(P〉0.05). Conclusion It is suggested to enhance teacher training and idea innovation to achieve the scientific orientation and link of secondary and higher vocational nursing education.
