模拟列车换气口外侧环境的风洞设计经验公式试验研究

摘  要:在实验室环境下,模拟高速列车换气口外侧列车运行工作环境,建立了一个低速风洞和新风进风系统,分别模拟列车外界风速场、列车车速、新风口进风量。试验结果显示,风扇电机转速同风洞流量和风洞各截面流速均呈线性关系,所以用风扇转速模拟列车运行速度是可行的。调节风扇电机控制装置,即能精确模拟高速列车换气口外侧列车运行工作环境。在试验数据基础上,利用线性回归方法,取得了风洞试验段空气流速随风扇转速变化的经验公式、风洞风量与风扇转速关系的经验公式和风洞测试段风速随风扇转速变化的经验公式。The working environment of high-speed train out- side the scavenge port is simulated in laboratory. A low speed wind tunnel and the fresh air intaking system are built to simu- late the outside wind speed field, the speed of train and the supply rate of fresh air. The result of the experiment shows that the fan motor speed is linear with the velocity of wind tunnel, so the train speed could be simulated by using the fan speed, namely regulating the fan motor control device could accurately simulate the working environment of high-speed train outside scavenging port. On the basis of experimental da- ta, the linear regression method is used to get the experience formula of the relationship between air velocity changing with fan speed, wind tunnel capacity changing with fan speed and the wind velocity of wind tunnel experimental changing with fan speed.
