摘　　要：目前高职院校以就业为导向,着力培养应用型人才,造成高职教育至今仍然处于一种不完整的"半人"教育状态。本文分析总结了新时期在高职院校开展人文教育的重要意义,并提出了加强人文教育的具体理论和措施。Vocational colleges take employment as orientation to cultivate applied talents,so higher vocational education is in an incomplete state of ＂half man＂education. The importance of humanistic education in higher vocational colleges is analyzed and theory and measures are put forward to strengthen humanistic education in the presented work.
