摘 要:动态响应分析用于确定结构承受随时间变化载荷时的动力响应,是工程技术中最普遍的分析内容。对于变速箱箱体来讲,由于运行时轴承处作用力是随时间不断变化且不规则的,因此很难建立准确的激励函数并进行动态响应分析。利用ADAMS建立变速箱传动系统的动力学仿真模型,通过多体动力学分析,得到箱体各轴承座处的动态力;在此基础上利用有限元ANSYS软件将轴承作用力施加到箱体上,并对箱体结构进行了动态响应求解,通过实验验证了该复杂响应分析的可行性。The dynamic response is the most popular engineering analysis content,which is used to determine the structures loading dynamic with the change of time. It is difficult to have the dynamic response analyis for the box because the runtime bearing force is constantly changing and irregular. Dynamics simulation model of gearbox drive system by using ADAMS was established and dynamic force at the bearing was obtained through analysing multi-body dynamics. On this basis,bearing force was applied to the box body by using the finite element software,and the box body structure of dynamic response was solved,the experiment proved the effectiveness of the response analysis.
