摘 要:为探明大轴重重载铁路简支梁桥上无缝线路钢轨纵向应力和墩顶水平力的分布规律,以我国在建的30t轴重重载铁路双线32m简支T梁为例进行梁轨相互作用分析。采用ANSYS建立多跨重载简支梁桥-无缝线路一体化分析模型(桥梁与轨道的非线性连接采用非线性杆单元模拟),研究温度和活载作用下钢轨纵向应力与墩顶水平力的分布特点,分析简支梁跨数对纵向力分布的影响。在此基础上,探讨检算钢轨应力时,挠曲力与制动力组合方式的合理性。分析表明:重载铁路简支梁桥上无缝线路钢轨所受纵向应力普遍比客货共线铁路大9.8%~31%;简支梁跨数增加至8跨时,钢轨和墩顶的受力逐渐趋近于稳定;在检算墩顶水平力时,采用挠曲力、制动力耦合的方式进行计算较为安全。To ascertain the distribution laws of the longltudinal stress of the continuously welded rails and the pier top horizontal forces of the simply-supported beam bridge of heavy axle load heavy haul railway, a double-track 32 m simply-supported T-beam bridge of 30 t axle load heavy haul railway currently being built in China was taken as an example and the beam and track interaction for the bridge was studied. By means of the software ANSYS, the integrated analysis model (the nonlinear link of the beam and tracks was simulated by the nonlinear link element) {or the multi-span simply-supported beam bridge and the continuously welded rails was established, the distribution characteristics of the longitudinal stress of the rails and the pier top horizontal forces under the action of temperature and live loads were studied and the influences of the span numbers of the bridge on the distribution of the longitudinal forces were analyzed. On the basis of the study and analysis, the rationality of the flexural force and braking force combination ways for the checking calculation of the stress of the rails was discussed. The results of the study reveal that the longitudinal stress of the continuously welded rails on the simply-supported beam bridge of heavy axle load heavy haul railway is generally 9.80~ 31% greater than that of the common passenger and freight railway. When the span numbers of the bridge increase by 8 spans, the forces of the rails and the pier top gradually tend to be stable and when the pier top horizontal forces are checked, the calculation using the coupling way of the flexural force and braking force is safe.
