摘　　要：高职院校职业指导工作关系到学生的职业发展和能力提升。通过强化服务过程、载体和人员的精细化程度,辅以跟踪评价机制的反馈激励,搭建学生与企业之间职业指导的平台,可以构建符合高职院校特点的职业指导精细化模型。The guidance work in higher vocational colleges is related to student＇s career development and ability improvement. By strengthening the service process, carrier and the refinement degree of personnel, supplemented by tracking feedback incentive evaluation mechanism, building guidance platform between students and enterprises, we can construct fining model of vocational guidance accord with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
