建设高职计算机信息管理专业培养创新性信管人才——以大连职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：随着科学发展和技术进步的速度越来越快,社会对高职学生的能力要求也在不断变化。文章以大连职业技术学院为例,通过加强计算机信息管理专业建设,明确培养目标,构建有特色的课程体系,形成"校办工厂、工学结合"的人才培养模式;尝试弹性教学管理,加强第二课堂和职业技能大赛等教学改革措施,培养信管专业学生的创新意识和创新能力。With the increasingly rapid science development and technology progress, social demands for the abilities of higher vocational students are also continually changing. Taking Dalian Vocational Technical College for example, this paper introduced the formation of the ＂college-run factory and working-learning combination＂ talent cultivation mode through reinforcing professional construction of computer information management,well defining the cultivation objectives, and constructing characteristic curriculum system;we also attempted flexible teaching management, and teaching reform measures such as reinforcing the second classroom and occupationd skills contest, in order to cultivate the innovative consciousness and innovative ability of the students majoring in computer information management.
