摘  要:远程开放教育的质量保证关系到电大系统的生存与发展。为配合电大向国家开放大学系统的关键转型,本文回顾并梳理了国内近十年远程开放教育的质量保证研究。本研究以万方数据库和CNKI数据库2003至2013年的相关核心期刊文献为研究标本,采用的是数量分析和内容分析相结合的方法。数量分析发现:核心期刊的关注度差异明显;近年来质量保证研究经历跌宕起伏,处于回升态势,但研究的数量与质量有待进一步提高;研究主体主要来自电大系统内部,省级电大的研究数量超过了中央电大,但各省级电大之间的关注度又极不均衡。内容分析表明:质量保证研究的发展趋势更侧重于教学过程,紧扣转型期特征;质量的本体性研究也更加全面和深入,对质量保证体系的关注最显著。由此本文建议在构建契合国家开放大学远程开放教育良性发展的质量保证体系的当下,既要从系统入手,整合国家开放大学与分部、系统内部与外部的智慧和力量,兼顾研究与实践两个方面;又要遵照体系性规律,按照教学过程,包括师生特质,结合转型期工作特点,设立质量保证体系的参数和建立关联。Quality assurance(QA) in China's open and distance education(CODE) is critical to the existence and development of China's Radio & TV University(RTVU) system. This study analyzed QA studies in China in the past decade. The samples in our research are the papers published in China's core academic journals from 2003 to 2013, collected from CNKI and Wanfang Databases, and the method is a combination of quantitative analysis and content analysis. Findings from the quantitative analysis indicate that, firstly, the issue of QA in CODE was not equally valued by China's core academic journals; secondly, despite an unstable but increasing interest in the issue in recent years, QA research needs to be improved both in terms of quality and quantity; and thirdly, researchers were mainly from RTVUs, in particular provincial level RTVUs. And as suggested in findings from the content analysis, the development trend of QA research was mainly focused on the teaching and learning process in relation to the transition from the RTVU system to the Open University of China(OUC). Moreover, the ontological study of QA tended to be comprehensive and in-depth, with the greatest emphasis on the QA system. Implications and suggestions are also discussed in the light of the above findings.
