摘　　要：课程教学团队的建设与运行是开放大学这个新型高等学校办学体系建设和教师队伍建设的重要内容。目前我国基层电大课程教学团队建设尚属新生事物,应该通过"建章立制""强化措施""保障发展",促进电大教师队伍建设和开放教育的可持续发展。The construction and operation of teaching team is the important content of the construction of the education system and teachers＇ team in the open university-- a new type of higher learning institution. At present, the construction of curriculum teaching team in China＇s regional RTVU has just started. It is necessary to set up powerful rules and regulations to ensure the sustainable development of open education and promote the construction of RTVU teachers＇ team.
