摘　　要：在远程教育背景下,虚拟学习团队能够很好地弥补网络学习环境的弊端,实现合作学习和自主学习的融合,有利于自主学习成效的提升。在团队模型的基础上展开虚拟学习团队的运作策略研究有助于更好地构建开放大学虚拟学习团队。此外,虚拟学习团队的构建模式化和规范化对于促进开放大学学员的学习方式的实质性蜕变意义深远。Under the background of distance education, the virtual learning team can well make up for the disadvantages of the online learning environment and realize the integration of the cooperative and autonomous learning and has a positive effect on the promotion of the autonomous learning efficiency. On the basis of the team model, the study of the constructive strategies of the virtual learning team is helpful to better construction of the virtual learning team in the open university. In addition, the modelization and standardization of the construction of the virtual learning team has a far-reaching significance for the substantial transformation of learning style in the open university.
