摘　　要：为提高药学专业学生的药物合成技能,我们整合有机化学和药物化学实验,优化实验内容和教学方法:提出三段式培养计划,分阶段解决培养基本单元操作、综合实验和检索文献能力、解决实际问题和创新能力。同时改进考核评价体系:前两个阶段的考核,理论考核与操作考核并重,基础知识和综合运用并重;第三阶段的考核,从传统的单纯个人得分变成团队和个人共同得分。In order to improve the drug synthesis skill for students majored in medicine, organic chemistry and pharmaeeutieal chemistry experiment were integrated. Experiment content and teaching methods were optimized that three -step program was put forward, in stages to solve basic unit operations, comprehensive experiment and the ability to retrieve literature, to solve practical problems, and innovation ability. At the same time, the evaluation system was improved, the first two stages of assessment paying equal attention to theory and operation of examination, the basic knowledge and the integrated use of paying equal attention to, and the third stage of assessment from the traditional pure individual scoring into teams and individuals jointly score.
