摘  要:高职技能大赛是推动高职教育教学改革的重要举措。然而,由于高职技能大赛未能与课程教学有效衔接融合,导致高职技能大赛削弱了应有的价值与意义。要真正实现技能大赛助推高职专业人才培养和课程教学质量的整体提高,可以从专业教师全员参与、制订赛教衔接的人才培养方案、实施与大赛内容融合的课程教学、搭建技能大赛反馈和研讨平台等方面寻找有效措施。Vocational college students' skills competition is a key initiative to promote higher vocational educa-tion reform. However, vocational college students' skills competition fails to be effectively integrated and con-nected with curriculum teaching, which deprives vocational college students' skills competition of its due value and significance. Therefore, the effective initiative to promote professional talents training in vocational colleges through skills competition is to involve all the teaching staff in development of talents training program, practice curriculum teaching integrated and connected with the competition contents, and establish the platform for feed-back and discussion of skills competition.
