摘　　要：大学精神是大学文化的核心与灵魂,是推进大学内涵式发展的活力源泉。新建地方性本科院校大学精神凝炼的途径、方法等存在着一些先天的局限性,而"口述历史"方法的运用创新了新建地方性本科院校大学精神凝炼的理念和途径,由此形成的校园文化成果对校园和社会均产生正面的影响。The university spirit is the soul of university culture as well as the Lifeblood to the sustainable development of universities. To newly-built local universities, there exist inherent？deficiencies in the forming of university spirit. The application of oral history in the forming of university spirit can renew the concept of university spirit and might offer a new way to the forming of university spirit. The campus culture under the guidance of the university spirit can produce positive influence over the development of newly-buih local universities
