摘　　要：为了把"概论"课打造成大学生真心喜爱、终身受益的思想政治理论课,重庆邮电大学进行了不断探索,积累了较为丰富的教改经验:一是饱含激情,正面引导;二是改进教法,求新求变;三是集体备课,共同提高;四是视频使用,"四要四忌";五是实践教学,贵在落实。一系列教学改革,使大学生更加坚定了中国特色社会主义的道路自信、理论自信和制度自信,也使得"概论课"在有限时间演绎出无限精彩。In order to make the ＂Introduction＂ course become the ideological and political theory course which the college students love sincerely and get benefit from it in lifelong, the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications has been conducted continuous exploration on the teaching reform and accumulated extensive experiences accordingly. The first is full of enthusiasm and positive guidance; the second is to change the teaching methods in initiation and reform; the third is collectively to prepare lessons and improve all together; the forth is to use the video and ＂four needs and four a-voidances＂ ; the fifth is to carry out the teaching through practices and strengthen the implementation. A series of teaching reforms make the students persist on the confidence in our path, in our theories and in our system of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and in the ＂Introduction Course＂ unlimited wonderfulness is developed in limited time.
