天然药物针对肿瘤干细胞治疗研究进展

摘　　要：肿瘤干细胞是存在于肿瘤组织内数量较少的具有自我更新能力和分化潜能的一群细胞,在肿瘤发生、发展、复发等过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。干细胞理论认为肿瘤是一种干细胞疾病,该理论为肿瘤的研究及治疗提供了新的方向和靶点。随着研究的深入,天然药物活性成分丰富,在探索和研制针对肿瘤干细胞治疗的抗癌药物上具有一定的潜力,有望实现肿瘤防治的突破。因此,文章就针对肿瘤干细胞的中草药、动植物中有效成分以及潜在机制做一综述,为肿瘤研究以及新药研发提供一定的参考。Tumor stem cells were small number of cells with ability of self-renewal and differentiation existed in tumor tissues. It played an extremely important role in the process of occurrence, development and recurrence of tumors. Tumor stem cells theory deemed that tumor was a stem cell disease, and it provided a new direction and targets for research and treatment of tumor. With the deepening of the research, nature medicine with rich active ingredients had a certain potential in exploration and development of anticancer drugs for cancer stern cell treatment, and it is expected to be a breakthrough in cancer prevention and control. Therefore, this paper reviewed the recent progress about Chinese herbal medicine treating for cancer stem cell, active ingredients in plants and animals and the potential mechanism, and provided certain reference for cancer and new drug research.
