摘　　要：分析了数字化学习资源建设项目在管理过程中存在的主要问题,引入过程管理方法,分析了过程管理方法的优势,给出了项目过程管理4个主要模块,并阐述了项目过程管理的几个重要指标。通过过程管理方法的引入与使用,以期使项目管理过程更加科学、有效,从而更高质量地完成数字化资源建设。This paper analyzes the main problems of digital resources project is currently in the management process ,the introduction of process management ,and analyzes the advantages of process management methods ,given four main modules of the project process management ,and describes the several important indicator of process management .Through the introduction and use of process management methods ,in order to make the project management process more scientif-ic ,effective ,with higher quality to complete the construction of digital resources .
