摘　　要：结合在香港大学医学院的工作经历,作者对中国大陆和香港在高等医学教育学制、医学生主体地位、教学理念和医学人文教育等方面存在的差异进行了简要对比,旨在分析中国大陆在医学教育方面尚存的一些问题,希望能够从香港模式中借鉴一些有益的因素,使大陆高等医学教育能够获得进一步的完善和提升。Based on our experience of working at medical schools of universities in Hong Kong , the authors compare medical education in China's Mainland and Hong Kong regarding medical educational system , student-centered position , teaching philosophy , and medical humanities education .This paper aims to find out the deficiencies of medical education in China's Mainland in the hope of further improving and enhancing higher medical education in China's Mainland by learning some useful experience from the Hong Kong model .
