依托高等师范院校开展民族民间体育的可行性研究——以陕西师范大学为例

摘　　要：开展民族民间体育对传承和弘扬我国优秀传统文化传承体系的建设具有深远的意义,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法对陕西师范大学开展民族民间体育的可行性进行调查研究。结果表明:现阶段陕西师范大学体育学院的民族民间体育课程设置主要以武术教学内容为主,所开展的民族体育课与武术课的教学内容相重合;民族民间体育课的内容应根据社会需求和地域的特色设置,选取以毽球、舞龙舞狮以及腰鼓为主要内容。Carry folk sport has far-reaching significance to inherit and carry forward the fine traditional culture heritage building of the system, In this paper, the use of literature, expert interviews and other research methods to be carried out, Shaanxi Normal folk sports curriculum research. The results show： Folk sports curriculum stage Shaanxi Normal Institute of Physical Education major in martial arts teaching content-based, National physical education teaching contents and martial arts lessons undertaken coincides：Content folk physical education should be set according to the needs of society and geographical features, Select to shuttlecock, dragon and lion dance and drum as the main content.
