中日青少年校园足球发展比较研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料、比较研究等研究方法,对中日青少年校园足球开展的现状进行比较分析,旨在通过研究发现中日青少年校园足球发展的差距,为促进我国校园足球的发展提供帮助。研究发现,中日青少年校园足球在竞赛体系、激励机制、保障机制等方面有巨大的差距,主要表现在竞赛种类、竞赛组织形式、竞赛时间和场次、目标激励、经费支持、运动员保障以及场地设施等方面。我国青少年校园足球要发展须构建合理竞赛体系,健全激励机制建设,完善保障机制,为校园足球的可持续健康发展提供有力保障。Methods employed include literature, comparative studies. It is aimed to make a comparative analysis of present situation of young football on campus that is designed to reveal the gap in development between China and Japan. It is also aimed to promote the development of our campus soccer. Research shows that the huge gap exists in the day youth campus football carried out, race system, incentive mechanism and guarantees mechanism. The aspect reflecting the poor perform- ance include main performance in race type, match organization, and time and date of the competition, target incentive, fun- ding support, athletes guarantees and venues facilities. It is believed that it is a task to build a reasonable race system, sound incentive mechanism construction, perfect guarantees mechanism for campus football.
