摘　　要：目的探讨护士工作倦怠发生的情况与自我和谐的关系。方法应用工作倦怠量表与自我和谐量表对816例护士进行调查分析。结果护士工作倦怠人数较多,占63.59%,其中轻度倦怠149人(18.58%),中度倦怠284人(35.41%),重度倦怠77人(9.60%);而263人存在自我不和谐,占32.79%。自我不和谐程度越高,工作倦怠越严重。结论护士存在严重的工作倦怠,自我和谐与工作倦怠密切相关。Objective The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between job burnout and self congruence among nurses. Methods Job burnout scale and self congruence scale were used to evaluate 816 nurses. Results The degree of job burnout was fairly high （63.59%） among the nurses. There were 149 nurses with mild job burnout （18.58%）, 284 nurses with mid-range job burnout （35.41%）, and 77 nurses with severe job burnout （9.60%）. Two hundred and sixty-three （32.79%） nurses had self consistency and congruence. The degree of job burnout was more sever among nurses with lower degree of self consistency and congruence. Conclusion Job burnout among nurses was severe, job burnout and self congruence was close correlated.
