摘 要:目的了解心血管专科医院护士离职的主要原因,以及离职后再就业岗位情况,为专科医院护理管理者制订相关的人力资源管理对策提供依据。方法采用自行设计的护士离职调查问卷,对北京市某三级心血管专科医院2011年1月至2013年12月离职的50名护士进行调查及电话随访。结果心血管专科医院护士离职主要原因是夜班多、生活不规律,个人健康问题,工作量大,家庭原因,医院离家远。护士离职后选择继续从事护理工作24名(48.00%),转换职业26名(52.00%)。结论专科医院根据自身特点有效实施岗位管理、提高护士待遇、改善护士工作环境、合理排班、正确引导护士职业规划、加强护士继续教育等是避免护士流失的重要措施。Objective To investigate the main reasons for turnover among nurses and their re -employment posts, so as to provide reference for nursing managers to develop human recourse management strategies in special hospitals. Methods A self - designed questionnaire survey and telephone follow - up was conducted in 50 nurses who have left a tertiary special hospital in Beijing from January 2011 to December 2013. Results Frequent night shift and irregular schedule, personal healthy problem, heavy workload, family reason and living far from hospital were the main reasons of turnover for nurses in cardiovascular spe- cial hospitals. After leaving the hospital,24 people (48.00%) continued to work as nurses,while 26 people (52.00%) changed jobs. Conclusion Effective nurse position management, improvement of nursing salary levels and working environment, reasonable scheduling, guiding the nurse career planning correctly and strengthening continuing education according to the characteristics of special hospitals are important measures to reduce the turnover of nurses.
