摘　　要：仪器设备是高校实验室的重要组成部分。如何做好仪器设备的管理,关系到高校实验教学和科研能否顺利进行。通过设备购置前的充分论证、建立建全管理和使用制度、加强实验室队伍建设来做好设备管理工作,提高设备利用率。Instrument and equipment is an important part of university laboratory. How to do a good job in the management of experimental instrument relates to whether the teaching and scientific research of college experiment can be carried smoothly. This paper will discuss how to improve the efficiency of using the experiment instrument by full demonstration of equipment purchase, establishing and perfecting the system of management and the use, and strengthening the laboratory team construction.
