摘　　要：针对高校大型仪器设备使用效益低下,采用设备全过程管理的先进模式,基于"全员参与、全程管理、资源共享、校企联合"的先进理念,提出有利于提高大型仪器设备使用效益的全程规范化、资源平台化、考核多元化、校企联合化"四位一体"的基本策略,并应用于学校的大型仪器设备管理工作中。良好的实践成效表明了基本策略具有科学性和可行性,能为其他高校的大仪器设备管理工作提供借鉴。For the problem of low use efficiency of college large instruments,the advanced pattern of instrument whole process management should be applied.The basic strategy of ＂four in one＂ is beneficial to improve the whole process standardization,resource plat formulization,assess diversification,and college and enterprise joint of use.Then the efficiency of large instruments should be put forward.The ＂four in one＂ strategy contains ＂all people participation,all process management,resource share,college and enterprise joint＂ Excellent practical achievements show that basic strategies are scientific and feasible,it provides references for the management work of other colleges in large instruments management.
