摘　　要：尽管新建地方本科院校的"应用型"办学被称为"一场悄然兴起的教育变革",但我们不得不警惕其市场化、功利化、职场化等倾向,不可忽视大学的成人教育目标、人格提升使命和铺垫人生基石的任务,应该为学生建立起码的知识与经验、方法与能力、智慧与创造三维教育坐标,重视读书之要、课堂之本、视野之阔和能力之实,真正培养起具有文化底蕴和发展潜力的高素质"应用型"人才。Although the ＆quot;Applied＆quot; school management in the new - built regional undergraduate college called ＆quot;a Quietly Sprouting Educational Reform＆quot; ,we have to alert the incline of marketization,utilitarianism,and business,cannot neglect the educational objectives,raise mission of personality and the task of bedding footstone,and we should construct the basic three education dimensions that knowledge and experience,method and ability,intelligence and innovation,pay attention to the importance of studying,the origin of classroom,the widen of vision,and the reality of ability,really cultivate the high - quality ＂Ap-plied＂; talents with cultural and development potential.
