摘　　要：开放大学专业建设与产业集群存在紧密的关系,这种关系基于两者的属性与特点所产生一定的内在机理。面对社会产业集群化的外部环境及大学内部生存发展的需求,我国开放大学有着专业集群化建设的双重动因,并逐步成为新时期开放大学专业发展的主要趋势。在专业集群化建设过程中,将适应性、协调性、发展性的原则作为专业发展的基本准则。加强专业集群化建设需要注重特色专业建设,带动集群化发展;依托科技平台,构建专业集群化服务体系;创新专业文化,提升专业集群建设软实力。The specialty construction in open university has close relation with industry cluster,which come out the certain in internal mechanism based on their characteristics. Faced with the external environment of social industry clustering and the demand of the internal development in university,Chinese open university has double reasons of specialty clustering construction,and gradually becomes the main trend for the specialty development in open university. In the specialty clustering construction,the basic principle is adaptability, coordination,expansibility. Strengthening the specialty clustering construction need to emphasize the characteristic specialty construction,and drive the clustering development;rely on the technology platform,and construct specialty clustering service system;create specialty culture,and improve the soft strength of specialty clustering construction.
