关于高职物流管理专业建设工作的总结与思考——以陕西青年职业学院物流管理专业为例

摘　　要：陕西青年职业学院物流管理专业多年来在专业建设工作中进行了持续不断的创新研究和改革实践,总结形成了包括人才培养模式、课程教学改革、实践教学体系、师资队伍建设、实训条件建设等专业内涵核心内容的诸多具体成果和有益经验。本文对此成果经验在人才培养工作中发挥的作用进行了梳理归纳,同时对当前专业建设中存在的相关问题提出了思考建议。For many years , Shaanxi youth vocational college logistics management major has car-ried on the continuous innovation research and reform practice in the specialty construction , then summarize and formed many concrete results and useful experience including the talents training mode, curriculum teaching reform , practical teaching system , teacher troops building , training conditions , and other core content of the professional connotation .This article presents the role of these experience and achievements in talent cultivation , and also put forward some consideration and suggestions about the current problems existed in the professional construction .
