摘　　要：高校体育教学以"健康第一"为指导,以"以人为本"为教学理念,并且在近几年来不断地提升学生在体育教学中的主体地位。以学生为主体的体育教学模式不仅能够拓宽教学的途径,实现教学资源的有效利用,更有利于提高学生的团结协作能力和抗打击能力。College sports teaching guided by the＂health first＂, to the ＂people-oriented＂as the teaching idea, and in recent years, constantly improve the subject status of students in physical education teaching.Taking the student as subject position of the sports teaching model can not only broaden the way of teaching, realize the effective utilization of teaching resources, more conducive to improving the students＇unity cooperation ability and the resistance to strike capability.
