摘 要:为了研究光合细菌对农村污水诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核的抑制效应,以不同浓度的光合细菌污水处理液浸种处理蚕豆根尖,制片观察分析其对根尖细胞的影响,并统计有丝分裂指数、微核率、微核指数和微核抑制率。结果表明,随着光合细菌原液体积分数的增加,有丝分裂指数增加,根尖微核率和微核指数降低,微核抑制率增加,染色体畸变减少。光合细菌通过代谢分解同化了农村污水中的有害物质,降低了污染物对蚕豆根尖染色体的遗传损伤,缓解了有害物质对蚕豆根尖有丝分裂的抑制,减少了微核的形成和染色体畸变的发生。To study the inhibitory effect of Photosynthetic bacteria on micronucleated cells of Vicia faba root tips induced by rural sewage, Vicia faba root tips were treated with different concentrations mixture of photosynthetic bacteria and sewage. The impact on root tip cells was analyzed by making temporary mounts, counting the mitotic index, micronucleus, micronu- cleus index and micronucleus inhibition rate. The results showed that when the volume fraction of liquid photosynthetic bacte- ria increased, the mitotic index and micronucleus inhibition rate increased, while the micronucleus and micronucleus index decreased. Photosynthetic bacteria reduced the genetic damage of chromosome, alleviated the inhibition effect on mitotic, lowered the formation of micronuclei and chromosome aberrations in root tip cells by decomposing the pollutants in rural sewage.
