摘  要:以连钱草(Glechoma longituba)为原料,乙醇为溶剂,采用浸提法提取连钱草中总多酚含量并对其抗氧化性进行分析,研究乙醇体积分数、温度、时间和料液比对总多酚含量的影响,通过正交试验对浸提条件进行了优化。结果表明,最佳浸提条件为50%乙醇,温度80℃,时间2.0 h,料液比1∶25(g∶mL)。在此条件下浸提,得到的总多酚含量为4.275 mg/g,且连钱草提取物对自由基具有一定的清除能力。Using Glechoma longituba as materials and ethanol as extractant, total polyphenol was extracted from Glechoma longituba with soaking method and its anti-oxidation was studied. The effects of volume fraction of ethanol, temperature, time,ratio of material to liquid on total quantity polyphenol were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions of extraction were 50% ethanol, temperature 80 ℃ ,extraction time 2.0 h, ratio of material to liquid on 1:25 (g:mL). Under these conditions, the rate of extraction reached up to 4.275 mg/g. The Glechoma longituba had strong anti-oxidation.
