摘　　要：目的调查分析昆山市中小学校卫生保健队伍现状,针对存在问题提出今后发展方向,供教育行政部门参考。方法下发昆山市中小学校卫生保健人员个案调查表至全市中小学校卫生保健人员,要求填写并按时上报,然后分类统计分析。结果全市中小学校卫生保健人员按学生人数1 252∶1的比例配备卫保人员,达到600∶1标准的学校仅28%,人员兼职率47.83%,医学专业毕业54.78%,具有医学职称者46.09%,执业资格证书持证率44.35%。以上问题民办学校比公办学校情况更严重。结论中小学校卫生保健队伍建设已到了刻不容缓地步。Objective To understand the present situation of health care teams in public and the private primary and middle schools in Kunshan City, so as to provide the reference for the administrative department of education to put forward the development direction in the future. Methods The designed questionnaires were filled in according to the requirements by the personnel of health care teams and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The ratio of the number of health care personnel to that of students was 1 ： 1 252, and only 28 % of the investigated schools met the standard of 1 ： 600. The rates of the part-time personnel, the personnel with the medical professional, the personnel with amedical title, and the personnel with the registered qualification certificate were 47.83%, 54.78%, 46.09% and 44.35%, respectively. The above-mentioned situation was worse in the private schools than in the public schools. Conclusions It is very urgent to improve the construction of health care teams in both the public and private primary and middle schools in Kunshan.
