摘 要:针对切线法数控成形非球面机床的速度插补原理,提出一种基于隐马尔科夫理论,结合阈值约束技术和统计学期望求值思想的误差前瞻补偿方法。在该方法的基础上建立了"切线法数控成形非球面机床"的误差补偿模型。实际应用和实验验证表明,该误差前瞻补偿方法可以有效解决数控机床的误差补偿问题,为数控系统及其他类似系统的速度插补提供了一种新的尝试。The paper contraposed tangent method principle of aspheric CNC machining speed interpolation,an error predictive compensation method was proposed,that was based on the HMM theory,combining threshold constraint technology and expectation evaluation ideas of statistics.According to the method,the paper established"aspheric CNC machining by tangent method"error compensation model.Through the practical applications and the experimental analysis the error predictive compensation method can solve the error's problem of CNC machining effectively,the method can be applied to interpolation principle of the control system,and applied other interpolation principles.The error predictive compensation method proposed is a new attempt in the field of error compensation research,in the long run,it will have good prospects for development and a more broad space for applications.
