摘　　要：近年来,高校毕业生就业形势仍然比较严峻,涉农专业的学生就业相对更难,地方高校涉农专业学生在就业选择上更倾向于城市及非农产业就业,就业途径较单一,但作为农业大国,随着农业产业结构调整和现代农业的发展,对农业科技人才的需求相对较大。因此,须转变学生的就业观念、加大涉农专业的教育教学改革力度,积极引导毕业生基层就业或农村就业。In recent years, the graduates from agricultural specialties of local colleges have met a severe problem in employmentbecause these graduates prefer to choose city rather than agricultural industries as their employment target. Thepaper states that China is a big agricultural country and therefore the graduates from agricultural specialties should changetheir employment ideas and choose agricultural industries as their first employment target.
