摘　　要：《雷雨》，一部植根于中国社会环境的戏剧，却带上了西方的悲剧色彩。《雷雨》吸取了西方悲剧的精华，因此，它的结构、它的悲剧意味无不具有西方悲剧的影子。拟从西方两部小说——《俄狄浦斯王》和《哈姆雷特》来看《雷雨》的命运悲剧意味和性格悲剧意味，看它们是如何如出一辙，又如何相异。《Thunderstorm》, which is a tragedy novel, rooted in Chinese society, but bring the colors of Western tragedy. 《Thunderstorm》take the essence of tragedy from the west, so it＇s structure and it＇s tragic sense are the shadow of Western tragedy. This paper from two novels of the western——《Oedipus the King》 and 《Hamlet》to think the western fate tragedy and character tragedy of《Thunderstorm》, to See how they are similar, and how differ.
