菊芋块茎不同溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：以菊芋块茎为原料,通过温水浸提、过滤的方式,采用蒸馏水、60%乙醇、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯4种溶剂提取菊芋块茎中的抗氧化成分,比较不同提取成分对DPPH·、羟自由基、超氧阴离子的清除率及其还原力。结果表明,4种提取物都有抗氧化作用,60%乙醇提取液的抗氧化活性最好。Jerusalem artichoke tubers as raw material, through the way of water extraction, filtration, using distilled water, 60% ethanol, n-butanol and ethyl acetate four kinds of antioxidants in the solvent extraction of Jerusalem artichoke tuber, different extracts on the DPPH·, hydroxyl free radical, superoxide anion clearance and their reducing power are compared. The results show that the four extracts have antioxidant effect, and 60%ethanol extract has the best antioxidant activity.
