建筑类高职院校BIM技术人才培养的对策研究

摘　　要：通过对10所具有代表性的建筑类高职院校进行调查研究,了解到当前建筑类高职院校发展的困扰以及未来学校发展的模式和发展方向。通过分析建筑类高职院校在培养BIM技术人才方面所面临的困难,找到了影响建筑类高职院校培养BIM技术人才的主要因素。并从政府、企业以及建筑类高职院校等角度出发,得到了相关的适合目前建筑行业发展的对策,同时也得到了一些适合建筑类高职院校培养BIM技术人才的对策。Through the investigation of 10 representative architectural higher vocational colleges, it comes to know the trouble of current higher vocational college development and development mode and direction in the future. Through the analysis of difficulties BIM technical talent cultivation faces, it has found out the main factors influencing BIM technology talent training. It has also obtained the relative countermeasures suitable for the development from the government, enterprises and higher vocational colleges, but also got some countermeasures suitable for BIM technology talents.
