摘　　要：药物化学是高职药学专业的核心课程。常德职业技术学院抓住校企合作之契机,基于岗位需求,从教学定位、教学内容、教学方法、课堂实践与课外实践等多方面入手,推进药物化学课程改革,增强了药学学生的岗位适应能力,提高了学生就业竞争力。Pharmaceutical chemistry is the core course of higher vocational pharmacy major. Seizing the opportunity of college-enterprise cooperation, based on the post requirement, starting from the teaching orientation, teaching content, teaching method, classroom practice and the extracurricular practice aspects, the college advances pharmaceutical chemistry course reform, enhances the post adaptability of students, and improves the students＇ employment competitiveness.
