摘　　要：通过深入探析和反思化学与药学实验教学当前存在的一系列问题,使实验教学能真正发挥其应有的功效,更好地为培养高素质的人才服务,应突出以学生为主体,关注每个学生的发展,努力贯彻教学改革的新思路新理念新观点,对于培养高素质的人才具有十分重要的意义。Through a series of problems of in -depth analysis and reflection of chemistry and pharmacy experimental teaching at present , the experiment teaching can really play its due effect , better service for cultivating talents with high quality, giving prominence to the students as the main body , pay attention to the development of each student , the new concept of new ideas and new perspectives to carry out teaching reform , and had very important significance for training the talents of high quality .
