摘　　要：完善大学内部治理结构是构建现代大学制度的基石。结合当前高校内部治理结构中存在权力配置不均衡、章程缺失、缺乏职业化管理等问题进行分析,提出进一步落实高校办学自主权、加强大学章程建设、管理重心下移、管理者职业化等完善大学内部治理结构的措施。Improving the internal governance structure of the university is a cornerstone for building modern university system. Problems are power configuration imbalance,charters and codes missing,lack of professional management and so on in the internal governance structure of university. The combined analysis of the problem proposed the measures to further implement the independent management of universities, to strengthen the construction of university charters and codes, to lower the management center of gravity, enhance the professionalism of managers and soon to improve the internal governance structure of the university.
