摘 要:介绍了PET涂覆膜复合卷取工艺及控制系统组成,针对多段式张力控制,以独立调节和分段控制的策略对各段张力执行电机实行转矩与张力协调控制.建立放料—牵引一收卷各分段张力的数学模型,选用S7-300 PLC作为核心控制器,电流型矢量变频器和低惯量变频电机组,位置(压力)传感器构成高精度的位置闭环控制系统;利用涂布辊与复合辊驱动电机之间的转差,实现无张力传感器的间接张力控制.系统适用于厚10~100 μm、宽度2 000 mm的PET薄膜复合工艺,最高涂布复合线速度为120 m/min.实际运行证明:新系统运行稳定,张力与速度控制精度高,动态特性完全满足生产工艺要求.The craft of the PET coated film compound coiling and the constitute of control system are introduced. For the multi-stage tension control ,the strategy of independent regulation and segmented control is used for torque and coordination control of each motor. The mathematical models of the unwinding-traction-winding system are established and the S7-300PLC is taken as the core controller so that the closed loop of the high-precision position control system is realized by using the current vector variable frequency inverter ,low inertia variable frequency motor group and position (pressure) sensor. The sensorless indirect tension control is achieved by the velocity difference between coated motor and compound motor. The system is suitable for the PET film which the thickness is 10 - 100 μm and the width is 2 000 mm. The maximum compound speed is 120 m/min. The actual operation proves that the new system is stable,the tension and speed control of high precision ,can meet the dynamic characteristics requirements in the production process.
