摘　　要：论文介绍了布迪厄社会学理论的三个核心概念及其在翻译研究中的应用。论文接着从布迪厄社会学视角分三个历史时期分别探讨了《孙子兵法》的英译情况,借助这种独特的视角,翻译研究者可以从一个更接近于翻译本质属性的角度来观察《孙子兵法》的英译活动并阐释其翻译与社会、文化、全球化等方面的千丝万缕的联系。The paper introduces three key concepts in Bourdieu＇ s sociology and their application in translation studies. Then the paper analyzes the different translation situations of Sun Tzu＇ s Art of War in three different historical periods from the angle of Bourdieu＇ s sociology. With the help of the unique lens, translation researchers can observe the translation ac- tivities of Sun Tzu＇ s Art of War from a perspective that is much closer to the essential attribute of translation. And it would also add to the clarification of how the translation of Sun Tzu＇ s Art of War is linked to society, culture and globalization.
