高中语文集体备课的困境与超越——兼论专业共同体和集体备课文化的建立

摘　　要：语文集体备课要突出语文课程的特点;要从教学目标制定是否准确、教学策略能否有效达成教学目标这些方面入手进行集中研讨;要以备课组为单位,以文本解读为基础,以集体备课为形式,以对话为工具,建立教师专业成长共同体和健康的"集体备课文化"。Group preparation for Chinese classroom teaching needs to highlight the features of Chinese course, and teachers should discuss and analyze the issues on whether the teaching goals are accurate and teaching strategies are effective. Meanwhile, teachers should be grouped into different units on the basis of text interpretation to establish teachers＇ professional development community and healthy group preparation culture with the aid of dialogues.
