企业依托校企联盟深度参与课程改革的实践与探索

摘　　要：校企合作人才培养是提升大学生工程实践能力的重要途径,以校企联盟为依托,多层次开展校企合作,互利双赢。在共同实施卓越工程师培养计划中,密切结合实践教学需要,企业深度参与本科教学课程改革,学生参与企业真实工程项目,在实际工作中学习、磨练,加强大学生工程实践能力与素质的培养,增强大学生的就业竞争力。High education based on university- enterprise cooperation is an important approach to enhance the engineering ability and innovation thinking of undergraduates. This paper reported a successful case based on university- enterprise union in ‘excellent engineering program＇of Chinese ministry of education. To improve the engineering practice ability and accomplishment of undergraduates,we encourage enterprises to attend every stage of teaching by fully meeting the needs of teaching knowledge points. Students acquire a better understanding of professional knowledge via real enterprise＇s project.Practice shows that the implement of teaching reform enhanced the employment competitiveness of the undergraduates which has the practicality and application value.
