摘　　要：本文从哲学观出发,论述了范畴理论和认知科学的发展,阐述了经典范畴理论到原型范畴理论的发展。从语言观出发,对原型范畴理论在语言学领域的应用进行了论述,并以原型范畴理论对语言中的词义扩展和不对称现象进行分析。This paper, from the point of view of philosophy, discusses the development of cognitive science and the category theory as well as the evolution of classical category theory into the prototype category theory. Then, by the prototype category theory analysis of meaning extension and asymmetry in language, it expounds the application of the prototype theory in the field of linguistics.
