论生态公民的伦理精神

摘　　要：何谓生态公民?生态公民何以蕴含伦理精神、何种伦理精神以及如何培育这样的伦理精神?这些问题试图从深层回答生态公民如何从知到行、知行合一,以及如何实现知、情、意、行之贯通等现实难题。从伦理学视角观之,这种使生态公民以生态文明为导向且知行合一的动力就是伦理精神。伦理学维度中的"精神"指向"良知","伦理精神"是指"具有普遍性的良知"。生态公民以生态共同体之和谐、稳定、美丽为出发点彰显了人类的"普遍性良知"与"共有之善",共善—幸福—和谐是其精神追求,集体记忆—主体觉醒—学会伦理地思考是培育生态公民精神的根本路径。The key to the problems are why eco-citizens contain ethical spirit, what kind of ethical spirit is containedand how to cultivate such ethical spirit. These problems answer or try to answer some realistic difficult puzzles from adeeper level, such as how Eco-citizens advance from knowing level to doing level and then to the unity of both, and howto achieve the digestion of knowledge, emotion, will and behavior altogether. From the perspective of the Ethics, it is akind of ethical spirit that makes eco-citizens guided by ecological civilization and applies the knowledge in action. The＂spirit＂ in the Ethical dimension points to ＂conscience＂. ＂Ethical spirit＂means ＂universal conscience＂ or ＂the commongood＂. On eco-citizen, the moral philosophy foundation of the ＂common good＂ is the moral harmony with natureintended. Man and nature belong to a same life community and have a symbiosis. In reality level, the ＂common good＂ hasbecome a virtue target of ecological citizens and becomes a good moral character of citizens through specific and stableenvironmental behavior.
