摘  要:教学学术作为一种新的学术理念,需要我们了解其提出的背景,明确其概念内涵和结构特点,这对大学教师专业素养的提高、大学课堂教学质量的提升具有重要意义。基于目前大学教育普遍重科研轻教学的现状,探讨教学学术的本质,给教学学术应有的地位,引导大学教师对教学学术的认识和研修,势在必行。The teaching academic as a new academic concept, that need us to understand the background and realize its concept and structure. It is important to improve the teachers' professional quality in the university and the teaching quality in the universities' classroom. It is based on the present situation that the university education generally believe the research is heavier than teaching. So it is important to explore the nature of the teaching aca- demic and give the status of the teaching academic. And we should guide the university teachers to understand the teaching academic and research the teaching academic.
