摘  要:航空、航天、核能等高尖端技术迫切要求使用耐高温、耐磨、低摩擦的固体润滑涂层以保护金属零部件的表面,增加发动机、推进器等航空、航天等领域关键零部件的工作效率、输出功率和使用寿命。上世纪80年代国际摩擦学界根据工业和国防的需要将高温润滑涂层和耐磨材料定为摩擦学学科发展的重要研究方向之一。本文综述了近年来国内外高温工况条件下类金刚石碳膜的摩擦学性能研究成果,总结了类金刚石碳膜在高温环境下的摩擦学性能及其影响因素规律,阐述了类金刚石碳膜高温摩擦学行为的分析方法,提出了类金刚石碳膜高温摩擦学性能研究中存在的问题和未来发展的研究方向。The latest progress in the extensive study of the high- temperature tribological properties of the diamond- like-carbon (DLC) coatings was tentatively reviewed. The discussions, including but not limited to, i) The stringent re- quirements in the extreme environment of the DLC coatings, such as the strong wear-resistance, low friction coefficient, and high thermal stability, for fabrication of a variety of complicated engines in aerospace and nuclear industries;ii) The synthesis and modification technologies of the DLC coatings, as well as the impact of the deposition conditions, for instance, doping of a metal and/or a non-metal, on its high-temperature tribological properties and microstructures; and iii) Charac- terization of the microstmctures and tribological properties of the modifed DLC coatings. In addition, the technical limita- tions, possible solutions and development trends, in synthesizing the advaneed high-temperature lubrication DLC coatings, were also discussed brielfly in a thought-provoking way. It is urgent to apply in the solid lubrication coatings under the high temperature in aerospace and nuclear energy field to improve surface performance of mechine components and inerease the efficiency and life of the engine. According to the requriments of industry and national defense, high temperature lubrieation eoatings and wear-resistant materials were defined as an important research direction of the development of tribology in 1980 s. In this paper, the progress of the tribologieal properties of diamond like carbon films under high temperature in recent years was reviewed. The tribological behaviors and their effeetes were investigated under high temperature. The analysis methods of the tribological behaviors under high temperature were represented. The existing problems and future researeh eonsiderations were proposed.
