摘　　要：内科学是临床医学学科中最重要的学科,被称为医学之母,它不仅涉及面广而且整体性强,是临床医学两大支柱学科之一,因此,学好内科学的重要性对于医科学生来说自然不言而喻。CBL教学法是以案例为基础的讨论式教学法。本文以实例来探讨CBL教学法在内科教学中的应用。Internal medicine is the most important clinical medical disciplines, described as the mother of medicine. It not only involved many area, but also has strong integrity. It is one of the two pillars of clinical medical subject. Therefore, the importance of mastering inter-nal medicine for medical students is self-evident. CBL tend to focus on case-based learning. This paper discusses the application of CBL teaching method in internal medicine through a real case.
