摘　　要：本文通过对现行单一工学交替运行模式的分析,总结人才培养过程中发现的问题,研究校企合作中存在的问题,通过工学结合课程体系改革,提出级联发散式工学交替运行模式,探索解决现行单一工学交替运行机制弊端的方法。This paper analyzes the existing single alternation of working and learning mode of operation, and summarizes the problems found in the process of personnel training. This thesis also does research on the existing problems of the school-enterprise cooperation. Through the reform of the work-study combination curriculum system, this paper proposes a cascade-divergence mode of working and learning alternation, and explores the method of solving existing problems in the current working and learning alternation.
