摘　　要：医学实习生初踏职场,满怀激情,踌躇满志。然而却因种种因素,职业情感屡屡受挫。本文从眼科实习指导教师的角度,就眼科实习阶段来培养实习生的良好心理素质做出有效探索,以巩固、提升实习生的职业情感,从而达到实习生爱岗敬业,医患之间和谐互动的境界。While Medical interns begin riding career, they are usually full of passion, self-assured. However, their professional, emotion is frustrated because of various factors. This article will search how to train Ophthalmology interns＇ psychological quality from the perspective of ophthalmology tutors, so as to consolidate and enhance the intern＇s professional emotion, make intern dedication to the career, and take harmonious interaction with their patients.
